  • Before first use, download the FAQ™ Swiss app (Free on IOS and Android) to unlock the device and activate the warranty.
  • Plug the device power cord into an outlet and place the panel on the stand or hold it.
  • If desired, apply FAQ™ Red Light Peptide Serum (sold separately) before each treatment to enhance light absorption and maximize skin rejuvenation.
  • Put on protective eyewear, then press the universal power button to turn it on.
  • Press the button again to cycle through LED colors or sync with the FAQ™ Swiss app (Free on IOS and Android) for pre-set programs.
  • Sit back and enjoy the treatment for 5–15 minutes, depending on the program. We recommend using the device 3-5 times a week.
  • Once finished, press and hold the universal power button to turn off.
