Return Policy:

All purchasers of FOREO products have 14 business days to return said unopened products from the day which product is received for a refund. Purchasers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a customer receives a faulty product, customers are encouraged to contact customercare-usa@foreo.com immediately to amend the issue under the FAQ / FOREO warranty policy.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
